EYCA Smart Watch Giveaway — Official Rules

No purchase is required except where expressly stated in these Official Rules. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

1. Sponsor

The EYCA Smart Watch Giveaway ("Giveaway") is organized and administered by EYCA ("EYCA", "Sponsor", "we", "our", or "us"), the owner and operator of https://geteyca.com.

This Giveaway is conducted solely by EYCA and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Shopify, or any other third-party platform.

2. Giveaway Period

The interval between the closing date and the winner announcement allows sufficient time for all eligible orders to complete EYCA's standard 30-day return and refund period. Only finalized and valid purchases will be included in the final draw.

3. Eligibility

To qualify, every participant must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be a legal resident of India.

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Place one or more prepaid orders on geteyca.com during the Giveaway Period.

• Complete payment using an accepted online payment method, including UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, or wallet.

• Ensure the qualifying order is not cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed, or charged back before the winner selection date.

• Complete EYCA's 30-day return period without initiating a return.

• Not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of EYCA.

Tamil Nadu Restriction

To comply with the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979, residents of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate through a purchase-based entry.

Entries

Each eligible prepaid order automatically receives one (1) entry.

Customers placing multiple qualifying prepaid orders during the Giveaway Period will receive one entry per eligible order, unless expressly stated otherwise in promotional materials.

4. How to Enter

No additional registration, coupon code, or form submission is required.

Every qualifying prepaid order placed on geteyca.com during the Giveaway Period will automatically be entered into the Giveaway, provided all eligibility requirements under these Official Rules are satisfied.

5. Winner Selection

After the Giveaway Period concludes and all qualifying orders have completed the applicable return window, EYCA will prepare the final pool of eligible entries.

One (1) winner will then be selected through a random computerized draw using Random.org or another independent random selection platform designated by EYCA.

The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided with the qualifying order within five (5) business days following the draw.

If necessary, EYCA may also contact the winner using the phone number or WhatsApp number associated with the order solely for prize fulfillment.

If the selected winner:

• cannot be contacted,

• fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days,

• declines the prize, or

• is determined to be ineligible,

EYCA reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

For transparency and audit purposes, EYCA will retain records of:

• all eligible entries,

• the random selection process,

• and the final draw results.

7. Prize

EYCA reserves the right to substitute the prize with another product of equal or greater value should the advertised model become unavailable.

8. Tax Obligations

Where applicable under the Income Tax Act, 1961, prize winnings may be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194B or any successor provision.

If legally required:

• the winner may be required to pay the applicable TDS amount before dispatch of the prize; or

• EYCA may choose, at its sole discretion, to bear the applicable tax liability.

Any applicable tax requirements will be communicated to the winner before prize fulfillment.

9. General Terms

By participating in this Giveaway, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and with all decisions made by EYCA, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

EYCA reserves the right to:

• disqualify any participant found engaging in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Giveaway;

• verify the eligibility of all participants before awarding the prize;

• cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or fairness of the promotion;

• substitute the advertised prize with another prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be processed solely for administering the Giveaway and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with EYCA's Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [City to be inserted].

The verified winner's first name and last initial, or another suitably masked identifier for privacy, will be published on:
